The much-anticipated Annual Athletic Meet for classes Nursery to V was held on 26 February’25 and 12 March’25 respectively. The event, which aimed at promoting physical fitness and sportsmanship, was a resounding success, bringing together students, teachers, and parents in a spirit of friendly competition and fun.
The event commenced with a soulful rendition of shabad, setting a serene tone for the day’s events. This was followed by the warm welcome address by the Principal, Sandeep Singh Kathuria who expressed enthusiasm for the importance of sports and the role they play in holistic development of a child.
The races included, Lemon and Spoon Race, Ball and Bucket Race, Relay Race, Cone Race, Three-Legged Race, Cone Race, to name a few.
Students from each class participated eagerly, showcasing their skills and determination. The winners of each race were presented with certificates to acknowledge their efforts and achievements. In addition to the student races, there were also parents’ races, where parents competed, adding an element of fun and engagement to the event.
Overall, the Athletic Meet helped in fostering a sense of community and encouraging students to stay active while enjoying themselves. The day ended with cheers and applause, marking a memorable occasion for everyone involved.
