Class -II Project Show

Synergy – Uniquely Me, Beautifully Us

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller

The essence of life lies in unity — where every unique voice blends into a harmonious symphony. With this spirit, the young learners of Class II of Mata Jai Kaur Public School presented their Project Show on the theme “Synergy – Uniquely Me, Beautifully Us” on 30 August 2025. The theme beautifully underlined the idea that while each child is unique in talents and expression, together they weave a story of strength, creativity, and compassion.

The event was graced by Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Chairman of Sadhna Group, accompanied by his wife, along with our proud alumni Mr. Rajiv Aneja (Batch 1987) and Dr. Nupur  Chawla (Batch 2008). Members of the Management Committee and the Parent Teacher Association also marked their esteemed presence. The occasion was further honoured by the gracious presence of the Chairman Sir and Vice- Chairperson Ma’am.

The programme commenced with a soulful Shabad, seeking divine blessings, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting accompanied by Ganesh Vandana.

Mr. Sandeep Kathuria, Principal, extended a warm welcome to the august gathering. In his address, he beautifully connected the theme of the show to the school’s ethos, emphasizing that education is about harmony, integrity, creativity, and empathy rather than mere scores. He also proudly shared the school’s recent achievement of being ranked among the Top Ten Day-Boarding CoEducational Schools of Delhi by Education World India School Rankings 2025—a recognition of the collective journey of students, teachers, and parents.

The young performers of Class II then brought alive the theme through a series of captivating presentations. The English play “Finding the Elves” reminded everyone that the best little helpers lie within ourselves. The Class II choir echoed the spirit of unity through their melodious rendition “Together We Can.” This was followed by the vibrant Hindi dramatisation “Ek Chidiya Ki Seekh,” which highlighted the importance of family bonding and collective strength.

The highlight of the show was a vibrant dance presentation on the motivational poem, ‘Koshish Karne walon ki haar nhi hoti’ where students drew analogies from the tireless ant and the boatman who keeps moving forward. The performance moved the audience, earning heartfelt applause.

In his inspirational address, Dr. Rakesh Gupta stressed upon the value of family togetherness, the importance of safe environments for children, limited screen exposure, and the need to balance academics with co-curricular pursuits. Dr. Chawla, in her heartfelt speech, reminisced about her school days, sharing how her alma mater shaped her journey and provided the platform for her success.

The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Anuradha Babbar, Headmistress, followed by the of the National Anthem. The day left the audience inspired, carrying home the timeless message that while each child is unique, together they create a beautiful synergy.
