He further shared his life experiences and the important lessons he learnt during his service at Siachen, the toughest battlefield served by Indian Army.
Key Highlights

- Leadership Qualities- The officer discussed the importance of having a clear vision and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure. He noted that effective leaders in the army must evaluate situations swiftly and make choices that prioritize the mission and the well-being of their team. Citing personal experiences, he shared anecdotes illustrating how he took critical decisions under pressure and emerged as a leader.
- Teamwork- The lecture underscored the essence of teamwork in the army. He emphasized the importance of trust among team members, stating that it is vital for effective communication and operational success.

- Embracing Challenges and Identifying your Resources- He highlighted that obstacles are inevitable. By trusting the process, individuals learn to view challenges as opportunities for development rather than setbacks. He played a witty game with a student volunteer to make the students understand how thinking out of the box and knowing your resources helps to overcome difficulties.
