Our Flower Offering To Dr. K. Kasturirangan

Dr. K. Kasturirangan was not just a name; he was a giant in the fields of science and education. He was the brilliant mind who led the Indian Space Research Organization, ISRO, for many years, guiding our country to attain incredible achievements in space. It was under his leadership that India launched many important satellites and even laid the groundwork for our historic mission to the Moon, Chandrayaan-1. But Dr. Kasturirangan's contributions extended far beyond space. He was also a visionary who deeply cared about the future of our children, playing a pivotal role in shaping India's National Education Policy. He believed in the power of knowledge and learning to transform lives. Sadly, we recently lost this great soul. Dr. K. Kasturirangan passed away on April 25th of this year. In our assembly, we collectively offered a flower offering as a humble tribute to his legacy. The Principal, teachers and the students participated in this gesture. The flower tribute represented our gratitude for his work, his unwavering dedication, and his profound impact on India's scientific progress and educational reforms.

Mentorship Initiative

Our recent assembly served as a pivotal platform to launch and highlight our school's mentorship program, designed to foster guidance, support, and growth among our students. The event brought together mentors and mentees, creating an inspiring atmosphere dedicated to personal and academic development. During the assembly, students had the valuable opportunity to understand the core tenets of mentorship and learn about the benefits of having a mentor. They embraced their roles as future leaders. Interactive sessions and insightful presentations underscored the importance of shared knowledge, experience, and the cultivation of a supportive learning community.

International Yoga Day

"YOGA IS THE JOURNEY OF THE SELF, THROUGH THE SELF, TO THE SELF" Our school joyfully came together to celebrate International Yoga Day! This special day, observed globally on June 21st, reminds us of the incredible power of yoga to unite minds, bodies, and spirits. For our assembly, we explored how yoga helps us "assemble" better versions of ourselves – bringing peace, focus, and strength into our daily lives.
