

The Orientation Programme for Nursery parents was held on 28th March 2025 in the school auditorium. The event began on a spiritual note with a pious shabad, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
The School Principal, Mr. Sandeep Singh Kathuria, welcomed the parents and shared the school’s vision of nurturing confident, curious, and compassionate learners. He emphasized the importance of a strong parent-school partnership in shaping a child’s overall development. Highlighting that every child is unique, he encouraged parents to provide a supportive environment where children feel valued and heard. He also stressed the importance of fostering curiosity by allowing children to ask questions and explore the world around them.
The choir then mesmerized the audience with the School Song. A PowerPoint presentation introduced parents to the school’s ERP software- ENTAB, followed by school’s infrastructure, facilities, curriculum and achievements. Adding to the charm of the event, kindergarteners Aarza Kaur and Japnaaz Kaur confidently shared their experiences of learning and growing in the pre-primary wing. A lively performance of the ‘Dancing Stars’ was a delightful highlight.
The school counsellor conducted a brief session on effective parenting, emphasizing the importance of connection, being a positive role model and establishing routines to help children develop strong values.
The school Headmistress, Ms. Anuradha Babbar, extended a warm welcome to the parents and introduced the Nursery class teachers for the academic year. She outlined important school rules and regulations and reiterated the school’s commitment to holistic education. She urged parents to work hand-in-hand with the school to ensure the best learning experience for their children.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem, leaving parents with a deeper understanding of the school’s approach and their role in their child’s educational journey. The event was followed by an interactive session with the parents in the multipurpose hall.
