


“Step by step, we grow and shine- KG Graduation marks a bright new line!’’
Kindergarten Graduation Day not only highlights the academic milestones but also the development of friendship, confidence and curiosity. As the young minds take their first step into a new chapter of their educational journey, we celebrate not only their accomplishments but also the potential they hold for the future.
The Kindergarten Graduation Day took place in the School Auditorium on March 22, 2025. The event commenced with a divine melodious shabad which soothed the hearts of all present, followed by the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony. Mr Sandeep Kathuria, the esteemed Principal of the school, extended a warm welcome to the gathered audience.
In his address, Mr Kathuria congratulated the graduates for their achievements and highlighted the importance of this milestone in their lives. He emphasized the significance of the day, noting that Kindergarten is not just the beginning of formal education but also a time when children learn important life skills such as cooperation, confidence and curiosity. He also acknowledged the vital role of teachers who had nurtured, guided and supported the children every step of the way. He then specifically addressed the parents and highlighted an important point for them ‘’ If they wanted their children to be good, they have to set an example themselves for the child to follow’’ as children tend to model their behaviour based on what they observe in their parents.
Concluding his speech, the principal encouraged the graduates to always embrace their curiosity and love for learning as they move on to the next phase of their education. He expressed confidence that each child would continue to grow, succeed and achieve great things. His words filled the room with optimism and positivity.
The vibrant enthusiastic Jai Kaurians gave a spectacular dance performance to a medley of songs and upbeat tunes adding a vibrant and joyful touch to the celebration. The audience was captivated by the children’s infectious energy and as the performance came to a close, the applause was overwhelming. Parents, teachers and guests clapped in admiration, proud of how much the children had grown, not only academically but in their self -expression and growth.
Next was á presentation ‘’Down the memory lane’’, which had a slideshow of adorable photos of the children from various class activities, field trips and special events. The audience was filled with warmth and nostalgia as they watched the children grow from shy students to bright young learners. Parents and guests were visibly moved by the presentation as it highlighted not only the academic and personal growth of the children but also the supportive and nurturing environment the school had provided.
Then along with their respective class teachers, all our little achievers then participated in a parade dance, happily receiving mementos from the school Headmistress on the stage. This parade was a fitting tribute to the children’s hard work, progress and growth. It allowed the young graduates to feel proud of their accomplishments. It also served as a reminder of how far the children had come since their first day of Kindergarten.
The day concluded with an elaborate PowerPoint presentation, designed to familiarize parents with the new curriculum. This presentation aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the upcoming academic year, curriculum, teaching approach and learning environment. It focused on supporting the smooth transition of children into Class One and fostering collaboration between school and the parents.
